Works begins on major 65-apartment development near city centre

Work on a major new flat development near the city centre has begun.

The City Garden Apartments development on St George’s Road will be made up of 65 flats, include one, two and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses, as well as a private sensory garden. Every apartment features a balcony with outdoor space, or Juliet balcony.

All apartments will include a fully fitted German kitchen from Kitchens International as well as high-quality bathroom fixtures. Outside, the private sensory garden will also include a bee hotel includes wild flowers and pollinator planting.

It is expected that people will be able to move into the apartments in late 2021.
